1. Reasons for the temperature rise of the copper sleeve: deterioration of the oil quality, the oil itself is not clean, or the oil deteriorates during operation. If the water content in the oil increases, the acidity of the oil will increase, which will reduce the lubricating effect of the oil, corrode the bearing pads and cause the bearing temperature to rise; the bearing cooling water will be interrupted.
2. Found abnormal: the alarm alarm clock sounded; the light board on the side panel of the turbine is very bright, indicating that the temperature of the instrument indicating the bearing temperature has risen, and the signal relay is working; the black pointer of the thermometer dial coincides with the yellow pointer or exceeds the yellow pointer; the bearing temperature is issued. Raise the fault signal.
3. When the copper jacket is cooled, make sure that it is not an operation error and confirm that it is correct. What should be done: Check whether the cooling water pressure, water flow and piping system are normal. If the water pressure is low, the filter may become clogged. If it cannot be processed in time, the processing can be stopped. When it is confirmed that it works, it can be put into service again; the governor oil pressure should be checked. If the oil pressure is low, the cooling water hydraulic valve may be closed; check the bearing for abnormal sound, and check whether the bearing swings abnormally.
Take a sample of the oil to see if there is a change in the color of the oil, and do a lab test to see if it has gone bad. If it is confirmed to be deteriorated, stop the machine to replace the new oil; check whether the oil level of the oil mark is normal. If not, check that the oil drain valve on the tank is closed tightly. If it is closed tightly, the oil should be added; if the sealing rubber gasket leaks oil, the treatment should be stopped.
